| 摘 要： | 目的观察经波穿刺囊内注射消痔灵治疗肝囊肿的疗效。方法回顾性分析58例肝囊肿患者,在行B超引导下经皮穿刺肝囊肿内注射消痔灵注射液的临床疗效。结果58例随访10个月,总治愈率94.8%(55/58),显效率5.2%,总有效率100%。未出现感染、发热等。结论B超引导下穿刺囊肿内注射消痔灵治疗肝囊肿是疗效好,方法安全、简便、实用,患者易于接受。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe efficacy of liver cysts diseases with percutaneous liver puncture intracapsular injection of Xiao zhiling zhusheye.Methods Retospective analysis was made on 58 cases(M18,F40;age 16~78years,mean 39.5 years)of liver cystic diseases treated by percutaneous cyst injection of Xiao zhiling zhusheye under guidance of ultrasound B.Results All the patients were followed up for 10 months.The total curative rate was 94.8(55/58)and the markedly improving rate 5.2%(3/58),the total effective rate was 10%.No one had infection or fever.Conclusins Cystic injection of Xiao shiling zhusheye under the guidance of ultrasound B is a safe,feasible and effective method for the treatment of liver cystic diseases. |
