血府逐瘀汤加味治疗原发性痛经的疗效观察

目的：观察血府逐瘀汤加味治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的气滞血瘀型原发性痛经患者112例随机分为两组,对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,治疗组服用血府逐瘀汤加味;观察两组患者临床疗效。结果：治疗组临床症状明显改善,与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：血府逐瘀汤加味治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea by Xuefu Zhuyu decoction. Methods： Clinic diagnosis for Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea patients： 112 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets, and the treatment group received Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, and the clinical effects were observed. Results： Clinical symptoms in the treatment group were improved significantly, compared with the control group there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome has an obviously curative effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
