摘    要:目的:观察牙龈成纤维细胞的肝细胞生长因子(HGF/SF)的分泌方式。方法:培养牙龈成纤维细胞;制作该细胞胶原网架(FPCLs),将FPCLs分组,从FPCL形成后的0~7d,每天从3个不同角度测量FPCL的直径缩小值。结果:不含血清培养液(SFM)组与SFM+rHGF组FPCL的收缩变化都很小,两组间无差异(P〉0.05);而含血清培养液(SCM)组的收缩变化非常大,与其它两组间具有极显著差异(P

Abstract:AIM:To investigate the secretion mode of hepatocyte growth factor/scatter factor(HGF/SF) by gingival fibroblasts in vitro . METHODS: Gingival fibroblasts were cultured, and the fibroblast populated collagen lattices (FPCLs) were farbricatad and divided into 3 groups. The diameter of the FPCL was measured from day 0 to day 7, and the degree of cell-mediated reorganization was estimated with three separate lattice diameter measurements. RESULTS: No differences in the initial rate of lattice reorganization were observed between fibroblasts in serum-free median with and without 20 (or 40)ng/ml rHGF groups ( P >0.05) ;culture in the presence of serum significantly stimulated lattice reorganization( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: rHGF does not modulate fibroblast-mediated extracellular matrix reorganization. This study does not provide the evidence for the autocrine of HGF/SF by gingival fibroblasts. [
