尼莫通与调心方改善帕金森病认知功能障碍的疗效分析

摘    要:目的分析尼莫通与调心方对帕金森病认知功能障碍改善的临床疗效。方法80例帕金森病患者,随机分为2组。临床康复组采用尼莫通及中药调心方治疗。对照组采用脑康复治疗。治疗前后分别进行韦氏记忆量表测查和Webster功能评分。结果两组都改善帕金森病人认知障碍,使韦氏记忆量表分数提高,但临床康复治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论尼莫通配合调心方能有效地改善帕金森病人的认知障碍。

Abstract:Objective Clinical rehabilitative study on th e disorders of cognition and movemen t in Parkinson' s disease.Method80patients of Parkinson' s disease were randomly divided into two groups.Clinical rehabilitativ e group take the treatment of Nimotop and Chinese medicine Heart-regualting formula.Control group take the treatment of head rehabilitation.Memorial grap h test and assessent of Webster function were adopted respectivily before and after treatment.Result Cognitive disorders of Parkinson' s disease had been improved in two groups that made cent rising,but clinical rehabilitative group was better than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Nimotop and Heart-regulating formula can impro ve the cognitive disorders of Parkin son' s disease patients effectively and make a subsidiary treatment.
