| 摘 要： | 目的探讨压宁定对老年性高血压的疗效及临床护理。方法采用对比方法将 52例患者分为 A、 B两组。 A组 30例,应用压宁定治疗; B组 22例,应用硝苯地平治疗。观察治疗 1 h后两组的血压、心率变化及护理。结果压宁定组治疗前、后收缩压分别是 24.61± 1.71 kPa及 21.48± 2.20 kPa,舒张压分别是 13.27± 9.05 kPa及 12.0± 1.41 kPa,其 P值均小于 0.05;而硝苯地平组治疗前、后收缩压 23.70± 6.48 kPa及 21.28± 4.97 kPa,舒张压分别是 12.44± 2.23 kPa及 10.58± 2.22 kPa,其 P值均小于 0.05。结论压宁定降血压效果优于硝苯地平。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into observation and nursing of patients with senile hypertension using urapidil.Methods 52 cases were divided into two groups:Group A and Group B. Group A consisted of 30 cases treated with urpidil and Group B 22 treated with nifedipine.1 h after treatment,observation of blood pressure and heart rates and nursing were carried out in the 2 groups. The blood pressure and heart rates were recorded and processed statistically.Results The results showed that urpidil was significant after treatment( P< 0.05),but nifedipine insignificant after treatment ( P >o.o5).Conclusion Urpidil is more significant than nifedipine in lowering blood pressure |
