儿童白血病髓外浸润CT表现

目的:提高对儿童白血病髓外浸润CT表现的认识。资料和方法:临床疑白血病复发及可疑白血病108例患儿均作CT增强扫描,23例证实髓外浸润、复发,其中髓外浸润首发3例。结果:23例髓外浸润。头颅脑实质内、脑膜浸润8例,胸部肺内、胸膜、纵隔浸润7例,腹部肝脾肾、后腹膜、肠系膜淋巴结浸润11例,首发髓外浸润绿色瘤3例。结论:白血病髓外浸润CT表现有一定特殊性,尤其对首发髓外浸润白血病要提高认识,以减少误诊,早作诊断。

CT findings of extra-medullary infiltration of leukemia in children

Objective: To improve the knowledge of CT findings in extra-medullary infiltration of leukemia in children. Materials and Methods: All of the 108 cases suspected of leukemia and leukemia recurred had plain and contrast enhanced CT. There were twenty-three cases confirmed to be extra-medullary infiltration and recurred of leukemia including 3 cases who were initially extra-medullary leukemia. Results: Among the 23 cases, 8 cases had infiltration of brain parenchyma and meninx, 7 cases had infiltration of lung and mediastinum, 11 cases had infiltration of liver, spleen and kidney, 3 cases had chloroma. Conclusion: Extra-medullary infiltration of leukemia had characteristic CT findings. With improved knowledge of initial extra-medullary leukemia can promote the correct diagnosis.
