准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术术后患者不适主诉原因分析及护理

通过对1116例行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术的近视患进行随访，针对随访中不适主诉的原因进行分析．认为：进一步完善术前检查，如测量暗光中瞳孔直径的大小、泪液分泌试验等，针对患职业情况及对视力要求，制订手术方案，特殊情况术前与患交代清楚，术后加强护理，定期按复诊卡复查，主动电话回访，及时解答疑问，对提高患的视觉质量与满意度有重要意义。

Cause analysis of main complaint of patients after LASIK in follow up and their nursing

Through follow-up of 1 116 patients with myopia who undergoing LASIK and analysis aiming at causes of discomfort in follow-up, the authors argued: further perfecting preoperative examination, such as measuring the pupil's diameter in dark light and lacrimal secretion experiment, making out operation plan, giving clear information to patients under the special situation, enhancing nursing postoperatively, counterchecking the further consultation card periodically, active telephone visiting, and answering patients' questions were of important significance to improve patients' vision quality and satisfactory rate.
