| 摘 要： | 目的了解上海、北京、湖南三地三级医院中住院精神病人的药物使用情况。方法采用一日法、自行编制的精神药物使用调查表对三地共1287例住院精神病人进行调查。结果(1)湖南与上海单一使用药物的比例略高于北京；(2)上海使用ECT的比例高于北京及湖南；(3)上海使用传统抗精神病药物的比例高于北京及湖南；(4)三地使用氯氮平的比例均较高。结论上海、北京与湖南三地精神科住院病人药物治疗存在差异，这种差异可能与各地医师的用药习惯有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical application of psychotropic drugs use in Shanghai,Beijing and Hunan. Methods: 1287 inpatients from three hospitals were investigated during the same day with the questionnaire made by ourselves. Results: (1) the ratios of mono-therapy used in Hunan and Shanghai were higher than that in Beijing;(2) the ratio of ECT used in Shanghai was higher than that in Beijing and Hunan;(3) the ratio of the traditional psychotropics used in Shanghai was more ofen than that in Beijing and Hunan;(4) clozapine was still widely used in all three areas. Conclusion: There is difference of clinical application of psychotropic drugs of inpatients among Shanghai,Beijing and Hunan hospitals, and that may be related to the different habits in three cities. |
