| 摘 要： | 目的探索一种实用、简便、能较精确切除任克氏水肿及多余黏膜的嗓音显微外科手术方式。方法对48例任克氏水肿患者在插管复合静脉麻醉下，施行支撑喉镜显微镜下嗓音显微外科手术治疗；术后给予禁声、口服头孢克洛和强的松、雾化及咽音训练等综合治疗。结果治愈34例，显效10例，有效4例，术后未见复发，效果满意。结论嗓音显微外科手术能较精确切除病变并且最大限度恢复发声功能，是治疗任克氏水肿的重要手术方式。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore a practical,convenient and precise phonomicrosurgery modus operandi which could exactly cut Reinke's edema and superfluous mucosa.Methods 48 Reinke's edema patients were performed microsurgery with self-retaining laryngoscope by trachea intubation along with venery aneatheia.Then they were given combined therapy which were voice rest,take cefaclor and predisone,atomization,pharyngeal voice exercise and so on.Results There were 34 cure patients.10 show effect patients,40 effective patients.It was most suitable for the treatment of non-recurrence.Conclusion Phonomicrosurgery could exactly cut Reinke's edema and could repair the vocal function utmost.it is the most important modus operandi which cure Reinke's edema. |
