全身炎症反应综合征评分结合血小板计数诊断严重烧伤脓毒症

 目的 探讨全身炎症反应综合征(Systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS)评分和血小板计数对诊断烧伤脓毒症的意义.方法 提出诊断重度SIRS的评分标准,总结严重烧伤后血小板计数的变化规律,观察血细菌培养阳性患者前4 d SIRS评分和血小板计数的变化.结果 烧伤脓毒症患者,血细菌培养阳性前4 d处于重度SIRS状态,血小板计数与严重烧伤后未发生脓毒症患者比较明显降低.结论 重度SIRS合并血小板计数降低提示烧伤脓毒症.

SIRS scoring and platelet count as predictors for sepsis in severe burn patients

Objective To explore the possibility of systemic inflammatory reaction syndrome （SIRS） scoring and platelet count as predictors for sepsis in severe burn patients. Methods A SIRS scoring system of diagnosing mild and severe SIRS was proposed and pattern of platelet count in severe burn patients was recorded. The SIRS score and platelet count of patients with sepsis were observed beginning on the fourth day before the day of positive bacterial culture in blood for four consecutive days. Results The burn patients with sepsis were in severe SIRS and had low platelet count for four consecutive days before the day of positive bacteria culture in blood. Concision Severe SIRS scoring and platelet count can be used as predictors for sepsis in severe burn patients.
