| 摘 要： | 目的探讨正常成年人海马结构是否存在不对称性。方法选取65例18～60岁健康成年人,行磁共振扫描,选取显示海马全貌标准矢状面及显示海马头中部斜冠状面,分别测量双侧海马结构面积。使用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果冠状面及矢状面右侧海马结构面积均大于左侧,冠状面差异较矢状面明显,各组冠状面差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正常成年人海马结构存在不对称性,主要体现在冠状面,即右侧较左侧粗大。 |
