| 摘 要： | 目的探讨B超等腰直角三角形定位法在经皮肾取石术(PCNL)中的应用。方法回顾性分析2009年9月～2010年1月广东省新兴县人民医院采用PCNL治疗的48例上尿路结石患者的临床资料。结果对48例上尿路结石患者利用B超等腰直角三角形定位法穿刺,碎石手术时间70～150 min.48例患者中1次取净结石42例,1周后经瘘管再行PCNL取净结石6例,两次手术结石总取净率为100%。肾造瘘管留置时间7～9d,平均7d,平均住院时间9d。结论 B超等腰直角三角形定位法临床上穿刺成功率高,简便可行,且无放射性损伤,值得临床推广。
