艾迪注射液联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效分析

目的观察艾迪注射液联合VAD(长春新碱+阿霉素+地塞米松)方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效。方法将多发性骨髓瘤患者分成两组。一组用VAD方案化疗,一组用艾迪注射液联合VAD方案化疗,观察两组2个疗程结束疗效(完全缓解率、部分缓解率、进步及未缓解率)、骨髓幼稚浆细胞的比例、感染发生率、免疫球蛋白降低幅度及白细胞低值持续时间。结果艾迪组骨髓幼稚细胞的比例低于VAD组,两组间有显著性差异。2个疗程后疗效则无显著性差异;艾迪组白细胞低值持续时间短于VAD组,但两组间无显著性差异;艾迪组免疫球蛋白下降幅度大于VAD组,但两组间无显著性差异;非粒细胞缺乏患者,艾迪组医院感染率明显低于VAD组,但对粒细胞缺乏患者,两组无显著性差异。结论艾迪注射液联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效明显高于VAD方案化疗,且对非粒细胞缺乏患者,艾迪组医院感染率明显低于VAD组。

Analysis the Effect of Aidi Injection Combined with VAD Regimen Treatment for Multiple Myeloma
