| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲强龙治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期(AECOPD)的疗效。方法 AECOPD患者90例随机分为低剂量组30例、中剂量组30例、高剂量组30例。低剂量组予甲强龙40mg ivgtt qd,疗程5～7d;中剂量组予甲强龙80mg ivgtt qd,疗程5～7d;高剂量组甲强龙160mg ivgtt qd,疗程5～7d。结果中剂量组和高剂量组疗效明显优于低剂量组(P<0.05);中剂量组和高剂量组治疗后血气分析明显优于对照组(P<0.05);中剂量组和高剂量组治疗后肺功能改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲强龙的临床疗效并不是随着应用剂量的明显增加而增强,其最佳应用剂量为80mg每日静滴,疗程为1周。
