| 摘 要： | 目的探讨支气管肺泡灌洗在肺尘埃沉着病患者中的应用情况。方法将我院2009年9月～2010年4月收治的肺尘埃沉着病患者74例根据分为治疗组37例和对照组37例,对照组采用常规疗法,治疗组采用支气管肺泡灌洗治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗组的总有效率为97.3%,对照组为78.4%,两组有显著性差异(χ2=4.5538,P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率为10.8%,对照组为5.4%,组间无显著性差异(χ2=0.1814P,>0.05)。结论支气管肺泡灌洗应用于肺尘埃沉着病患者收到较佳疗效,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。
