社区老年糖尿病患者遵医行为及护理干预效果调查

目的探讨社区老年糖尿病患者遵医行为及态度,引导患者建立健康生活行为方式,有效控制血糖及并发症。方法采用问卷与面谈相结合的方法,调查老年糖尿病患者遵医情况,并对不良行为方式给予护理干预。结果大多数患者遵医意识模糊,饮食、服药随意性,自我管理能力差,护理干预后患者认知情况、健康行为方式及生活质量满意度、血糖控制与干预前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对提高社区老年糖尿病患者疾病以及相关知识认识水平,培养自我护理能力,控制和稳定血糖,提高患者生存质量有重要意义。
