| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的并发症的预防。方法回顾性分析师宗县人民医院2008至2010年完成的87例腹腔镜胆囊切除术病例。结果 87例腹腔镜胆囊切除术中80例手术均获得成功,手术并发症7例,其中胆管损伤1例,中转开腹胆囊切除术2例,胆漏1例,腹腔内出血1例,术后置管引流1例,残株胆囊及胆囊管结石1例,均治愈出院,本组无LC技术性并发症导致死亡病例。结论严格掌握LC适应证,娴熟的LC操作,及时发现并发症,适时的中转开腹手术,可预防或减少并发症的发生。
