丰县医疗机构消毒质量检测结果分析

目的了解掌握丰县医疗机构消毒工作质量,从而督促医疗机构提高消毒质量。方法对丰县医疗机构2008年至2010年检测结果资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2008年至2010年对丰县各级医疗机构共采样检测3972件,合格3524件,平均合格率为88.72%;其中2010检测合格率(92.33%)明显高于2008年(86.94%)和2009年(87.08%);不同级别医疗机构检测合格率以县级最高为95.12%,个体诊所最低为84.85%;不同检测项目中以无菌医疗用品和压力蒸汽灭菌器的合格率最高为100%,室内空气的合格率最低为77.71%。结论丰县医疗机构消毒工作质量还有待巩固和提高,医疗机构应加强对消毒工作的管理,有关部门应进一步加强监督监测工作。
