| 摘 要： | 目的探讨难治性肾病综合征(RNS)的治疗对策及难治原因。方法对76例确诊为难治性肾病综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,研究其治疗方法及难治原因。结果 76例患者经治疗后,完全缓解39例,部分缓解28例,无效9例。经过综合分析,其难治原因主要表现在:病理类型难治、激素吸收障碍、激素治疗不规范及合并多种并发症。结论导致肾病综合征难治的原因非常复杂,规范使用激素及免疫抑制剂、控制感染、适时抗凝及降脂、及时处理各种并发症,是治疗RNS的关键。
