| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法 2007年1月～2009年12月,对16例高龄股骨颈骨折患者进行人工股骨头置换术,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果按Harris评分法功能评定,优10例,良5例,可1例,差0例,优良率达93.75%。结论高龄老年人股骨颈骨折采用人工股骨头置换术治疗,是简单、安全、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effects of artificial femoral head replacement in treatment of femoral neck fracture in older.Methods Form 2007 to 2010,16 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures received artificial femoral head replacement,for the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results According to Harris hip score standard,excellent in 10cases,good in 5cases,in 1cases and poorin 0 case.the fine rate was 93.75%.Conclusion The femora1 neck fracture for high-aged old people who adopted... |
