| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阿奇霉素联合盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析绵阳市妇幼保健院收治的支原体肺炎患儿临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组。结果观察组咳嗽喘憋消失时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间明显低于对照组,观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论阿奇霉素联合盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。
