| 摘 要： | 目的观察布托啡诺超前镇痛用于显微支撑喉镜下成人声带息肉摘除术镇痛效果及安全性。方法择期行声带息肉摘除术患者60例,随机均分为3组:A组在术前10min静脉注射1mg/kg的氟比洛芬酯,手术后静脉注射生理盐水10mL;B组在手术前10min静脉注射生理盐水5mL,手术后静脉注射1mg/kg的氟比洛芬酯;C组在手术前后均静脉注射生理盐水5mL。术后用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)单盲评估患者术后0.5、1、2、4、8、12和24h的疼痛感觉程度,并观察与氟比洛芬酯有关的不良反应。结果 A、B组术后24h VAS评分显著低于C组(P<0.05),A组0.5、1、2、4、8h VAS评分与B组降低有显著性差异(P<0.05),3组24h VAS评分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯术前静脉应用有良好的超前镇痛作用。
