| 摘 要： | 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸对急性脑梗死临床预后的影响。方法选择湘西自治州人民医院2007年12月至2009年12月急性脑梗死患者150例,根据入院24h内血浆同型半胱氨酸水平是否升高,把上述患者分为观察组和对照组。采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)和BI指数对两组患者入院时、发病后不同时间进行神经功能缺损和日常生活活动能力评分;观察两组患者1年内脑梗死复发情况。结果观察组入院后4周和24周神经功能缺损和日常生活活动能力评分分别对照组同期比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组脑梗死复发率比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症对急性脑梗死患者预后产生不良影响,增加急性脑梗死患者复发率。
