| 摘 要： | 目的探讨癌因性疲乏相关护理干预的临床效果。方法回顾分析日照人民医院2005年1月～2010年1月172例癌因性疲乏患者的临床资料和处理方法,分析护理干预措施的方法和效果。结果实施相应护理干预措施后,患者疲乏程度缓解(P<0.01),生活质量有所提高(P<0.05)。结论相应的对症处理及合理的护理干预对癌因性疲乏患者的疲乏程度和生活质量均有改善。

| Abstract: | Objective Study the clinical effect of nursing intervention to cancer fatigue.Methods Reviewing and analyzing the clinical data and disposal route to 172 tumour patients caused by cancer fatigue from Janurary 2005 to Janurary 2010,then summing the methods and effects of nursing intervention.Results After taking nursing intervention to patients,the patient fatigue degree relieves(P<0.05) and the living standard improves(P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable medical measure and nursing intervention are good to reliev... |
