835例孕妇24h动态心电图心律失常分析

目的研究在常规静态心电图检查中发现有房早、室早、一、二度房室传导阻滞,窦性心动过缓等心律失常的孕妇,做动态心电图检查是否有更进一步发现。方法记录和分析835例孕妇动态心电资料,分析24h心律和心率,进行资料分析。结果妊娠早期检出心律失常79阵次;中期检出心律失常84阵次;晚期130阵次。835例孕妇均为窦性心律,24h平均心率为87,心率范围为:56～163次/分,心律失常检出达100%;100%检出有窦性心动过速,18%检出房早,室早检出律7%,成对室早检出1%。结论随着孕周增加,孕妇心律失常检出律增加。
