16层螺旋CT重建技术在结肠占位性病变诊断中的应用

目的 探讨16层螺旋CT多种重建方法综合应用在结肠占位性病变诊断中的应用价值.方法 应用Lightspeed 16 Pro CT对23例患者进行容积扫描,在ADW4.2工作站进行多种图像重建.所有病例均经手术或纤维结肠镜活检证实(结肠癌18例,结肠息肉5例).结果 22例三维成像效果良好,仿真内镜与纤维结肠镜显示基本一致.1例因肠道狭窄,成像效果欠佳,但不影响诊断.CT仿真结肠镜(CTVC)结合多平面重建(MPR)、表面遮盖(SSD)和容积再现(VR),可以提供更多信息,有助于病变的准确定位、定性.结论 综合应用多种重建方法,16层螺旋CT能够对结肠占位性病变在临床诊断及治疗上提供更丰富的信息,具有独特的优越性.

Application of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of the colonic space occupying lesion

Objective To evaluate the application of several 16-slice spiral CT reconstruction methods in the diagnosis of colonic space occupying lesion.Methods Volumetric scanning was performed in 23 patients with 16-slice spiral CT,and several reconstruction methods were performed in the ADW4.2 work station. All cases were proved with fiberoptic colonoscopic biopsy or operation. ResultsSatisfied results were achieved from 3D images of 22 patients.The results of virtual endoscopy were similar to those of fiberoptic colonoscopy. Only one case was not satisfied because of colonic stenosis.Virtual endoscopy combined with multiplanar reformation(MPR),shaded surface display (SSD) and volume rending(VR) images could provide more informations accurately to fix the position and determine the nature of pathological changes.Conclusion Combined with several reconstruction, 16-slice spiral CT could provide more informations in the diagnosis and treatment of colonic space occupying lesion.
