多层螺旋CT 冠状动脉血管造影的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨MSCT冠状动脉造影的临床应用价值.方法对56例患者行MSCTA,其中25例患者同时行选择性冠状动脉造影.结果在56例MSCT冠状动脉造影中,54例MSCT冠状造影检查均成功显示冠状动脉各主支,其中28例患者、78支冠状动脉显示有不同程度的钙化与狭窄;行选择性冠状动脉造影检查患者均可显示冠状动脉的各主支及分支,18例可显示冠状动脉不同程度的狭窄,但2例患者术后出现并发征.结论 MSCTA检查是一种安全可靠的检查方法.

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical application of MSCTA of coronary artery. Methods A total of 56 patients underwent MSCTA of coronary artery, Selective coronary artery angiography was performed in 25 of 56 patients. Results Coronary artery branches of 54 patients were clearly demonstrated. Seventy eight coronary artery branches of 28 patients were found stenosis. The coincidence rate of MSCTA and conventional angiography was 85%. In 25 cases of conventional angiography, all main branches and parts of sub branches of coronary artery were displayed clearly, 18 patients demonstrated coronary artery stenosis, post operative complication occurred in 2 cases. Conclusion As a minimally invasive examination, MSCTA is a valuable method to detect and diagnose diseases or variations of coronary artery.
