三维适形放疗联合多西他赛为主的化疗同步治疗局部晚期食管癌疗效观察

目的观察三维适形放疗(3DCRT)联合多西他赛为主的化疗同步治疗局部晚期食管癌的疗效及患者耐受性。方法 43例局部晚期食管癌患者均接受3DCRT和以多西他赛为主的化疗(多西他赛+顺铂),治疗结束后评价疗效和毒副反应。结果 43例患者均可评价疗效,其中CR 10例,PR 30例,NC 2例,PD 1例,有效率为93.0%。主要毒副反应是骨髓抑制、放射性肺炎和放射性食管炎。治疗后KPS评分提高者34例,不变者7例,下降者2例。结论 3DCRT联合多西他赛为主的化疗同步治疗局部晚期食管癌疗效较好,毒副反应可耐受。

The Observation of Three Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy Combined with Docetaxel Chemotherapy for Locally Advanced Esophageal Cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicities of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT) combined with docetaxel chemotherapy for locally advanced esophageal cancer.Methods The 43 patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer were treated by 3DCRT and docetaxel chemotherapy(docetaxel + cisplatin).The efficacy and toxicities were evaluated after the treatment.Results Of the 43 cases,CR was observed in the 10 cases,PR in the 30 cases,NC in the 2 cases,PD in the 1 case,and the response rate was 93.0%.The main toxicities were marrow depression,radiation pneumonitis and radiation esophagitis.The KPS scores of 34 cases were increased,those of 7 cases were fixed,those of 2 cases were decreased.Conclusion 3DCRT combined with docetaxel chemotherapy is effect on the locally advanced esophageal cancer,and the toxicities can be well tolerated.
