| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合性心理干预对衰退期精神分裂症认知功能的影响。方法将60例衰退期精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组30例,干预组干预20周。于干预前及干预20周末采用中国修订韦氏记忆量表(WMS-C)评分,对2组结果进行比较分析。结果干预20周后,干预组WMS-C评分高于干预前(P<0.05),对照组干预前后评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组间评分干预组干预后显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合性心理干预能改善衰退期精神分裂症患者的认知功能。

| Abstract: | Objective Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive psychological intervention on cognitive function in schizophrenia during the recession.Methods Total 60 patients with the recession of schizophrenia were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,each group of 30 cases,the intervention period was 20 weeks in intervention group.The revised Wechsler Memory Scale in China(WMS-C) before the intervention and at the end of 20-week was adopted to score and analyze the results.Results After the intervention of 20 weeks,WMS-C scores of the intervention group were higher than that before the intervention(P<0.05).There was no significance of the scores before and after the intervention in control group(P>0.05).The scores of intervention group were significantly higher than the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention can improve the cognitive function of the patients with schizophrenia during the recession. |
