| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨呼吸兴奋剂实验呼吸康复训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及运动耐力的影响.方法 选择64例COPD急性加重期的病患,随机分为实验组和对照组,两组患者均接受常规和呼吸兴奋剂治疗,实验组在病情好转,稳定后,进行呼吸康复训练,6个月后所有患者进行血气分析、肺功能和运动耐力等检查.结果 实验组治疗后,在血气分析、肺功能和运动耐力均较治疗前有明显改善(P＜0.05),且实验组与对照组相比,观察指标改善明显,存在明显差异(P＜0.05).结论 呼吸兴奋剂合呼吸康复训练可提高运动耐力,减轻症状,显著提高患者的肺功能.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the influence of pulmonary function and exercise endurance on respiratory stimulant combined with breathing rehabilitation training of COPD.Methods 64 patients with COPD were divided into experimental group and control group,and were all accepted regular treatment and respiratory stimulant.The experimental group was accepted breathing rehabilitation training in doping.After 6 months,all patients were checked on blood gas analysis,lung function and exercise endurance.Results After 6 months,the experimental group was obviously improved than before treatment and the control group in blood gas analysis,lung function and exercise endurance(P<0.05).Conclusion pulmonary function and exercise endurance can improve exercise endurance,relieve symptoms,and improve the patients with lung function. |
