丹栀逍遥散对D-氨基半乳糖所致大鼠急性肝损伤保护作用的研究

目的探讨丹栀逍遥散对D-氨基半乳糖(D-GaIN)所致大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用机制。方法将60只SD雄性大鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,联苯双酯组,丹栀逍遥散高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。连续灌胃给药7 d后,除空白组腹腔注射等体积生理盐水外,其余大鼠均腹腔注射D-GaIN。24 h后,检测血清中天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肝匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽-过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果丹栀逍遥散能明显抑制由D-GaIN所致的血清中ALT、AST以及肝匀浆中MDA含量的升高,并提高肝匀浆中SOD和GSH-PX的含量,其中大部分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹栀逍遥散对D-GaIN所致的大鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。

Experimental study of protective effects of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder on acute liver injury caused by D-galactosamine in rats

Objective To investigate the protective effects of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder on acute liver injury caused by D-galactosamine in rats.Methods 60 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,bifendate group,and Danzhi Xiaoyao powder low,middle,high dosage group,10 rats in each group.Other rats were injected intraperitoneally with D-GaIN except the control group with the same volume of saline after they were performed by gavage once a day and lasted for 7 days.After injected 24 hours,the contents of AST,ALT in serum and the contents of SOD,GSH-PX,MDA in liver tissue were measured.Results Danzhi Xiaoyao powder significantly inhibited the increasing ALT and AST contents in serum and MDA contents in liver tissues and improved the contents of SOD和GSH-PX in liver tissues caused by D-GaIN.Conclusion Danzhi Xiaoyao powder has protective effects on acute liver injury in rats caused by D-GaIN.
