温灸盒灸结合拔罐治疗功能性腹泻虚证、寒证的临床观察

目的 观察温灸盒灸结合拔罐治疗功能性腹泻虚证、寒证的临床疗效.方法 将50例功能性腹泻虚证、寒证患者随机分为治疗组27例,对照组23例.治疗组采用温灸盒灸结合拔罐治疗,对照组采用易蒙停口服给药治疗,10 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察治疗效果.结果 (1)治疗组总有效率88.89％,高于对照组(73.91％),两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；(2)治疗1个疗程后两组症状总评分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组在改善临床症状方面起效较快.结论 温灸盒灸结合拔罐治疗功能性腹泻虚证、寒证疗效确切,起效时间快于口服易蒙停组.

Clinical effects of Box-moxibustion combined with cupping therapy on functional diarrhea with cold syndrome and deficient syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Box-moxibustion combined with cupping therapy on functional diarrhea with cold syndromes and deficient syndrome.Methods 50 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: 27 patients in treatment group were treated with Box-moxibustion combined with cupping therapy while 23 patients in control group were treated with oral administration of Yimengting liquid.After 2 treatment courses(10 days a course),the clinical effects and clinical symptom score were recorded and evaluated.Results 1.The total effect rate in treatment group was 88.89% which was higher than the datum in control group(73.91%);the difference had statistic significance(P<0.05).2.After one treatment course,the difference of the total symptom scores between the 2 groups were statistically significant;it was faster to improve the clinical symptoms in treatment group.Conclusion Box-moxibustion combined with cupping therapy is effective for functional diarrhea with cold syndrome and deficient syndrome and its beginning effect is faster than oral Yimengting liquid.
