| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高原反应的特殊类型,发病规律,总结防治经验及教训。方法搜集报道几例特殊表现的高原病,分析其诱因,发病的高危因素,地处海拔高度及其症状特征。结果严重高原病例涉及到血管性病变5例,精神障碍2例,猝死2例。结论高原病除一般高原反应的表现外,严重病例可有血管神经系统病变及精神障碍而危及生命。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate a special type of altitude sickness,the incidence of rules,and review prevention,Results Severe cases involve high altitude vascular lesions in 5 cases,mental disorders,2 cases of sudden death in 2 cases.Conclusion In addition to altitude sickness altitude sickness general performance,the serious cases,neurological and treatment experiences and lessons learned.Methods collect a few cases reported in a special performance of altitude sickness,to analyze the incentives,the incidence of risk factors,is located in the characteristic symptoms of altitude.vascular disorders and life-threatening. |
