参芪扶正注射液联合化疗对晚期胃癌患者临床疗效和免疫功能的影响

目的观察参芪扶正注射液联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效和对机体免疫功能的影响。方法将65例晚期胃癌患者随机分为2组。治疗组33例应用参芪扶正注射液250 mL.d-1,静脉滴注,14 d,配合FOLFOX4方案化疗;对照组32例单纯用FOLFOX4方案化疗,2周为1疗程,治疗后评价疗效和毒副反应,检测2组患者治疗前后外周血IL-12和TNF-α水平变化。结果 2组总有效率相似(P>0.05)。治疗组临床受益反应率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组主要毒副反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。IL-12和TNF-α治疗组化疗后升高,而对照组降低,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液可减轻晚期胃癌患者FOLFOX4方案化疗所致毒副反应,提高临床受益反应评价,改善患者生活质量。

Influence of Advanced Gastric Cancer Treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with Chemotherapy on Effect and Immune Function

Objective To observe the curative effect and body immune function of combined treatment of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection and FOLFOX4 regimen for patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Sixty-five patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in the treatment group received Shenqi Fuzheng Injection 250 mL·d-1 for 14 days and FOLFOX4 regimen,32 cases in the control group were treated with FOLFOX4 regimen alone.The regimen was repeated every 2 weeks,and the efficacy and toxicities were evaluated after treatment,and IL-12 and TNF-α were detected before and after treatment in the two groups.Results The similar effects were observed in the two group(P>0.05).The patients in the treatment group had significantly higher clinical benefit response than that in the control group(P<0.05).The main toxicities were significantly less in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Levels of TNF-a and IL-12 significantly increased in the test group after treatment,but decreased in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection could alleviate the toxicities,and improve the clinical benefit response and quality of life of patients with advanced gastric cancer treated with FOLFOX4 regimen.
