血清肝细胞生长因子水平与结肠癌关系的研究

目的探讨结肠癌患者血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)水平与结肠癌的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测50例结肠癌患者血清HGF水平,其中32例行结肠癌根治术,10例因有远处转移而未手术,8例为结肠癌术后复发;同时选取15例良性肠病患者以及12例门诊健康体检者作为对照;比较观察各组患者血清HGF水平。结果结肠癌组患者血清HGF水平高于良性肠病组和正常对照组(P均<0.05);结肠癌术后复发患者血清HGF水平高于良性肠病组和正常对照组(P均<0.05);行手术治疗的结肠癌患者术前血清HGF水平高于术后(P<0.05);结肠癌患者术前血清HGF水平与结肠癌的分化程度以及有无远处转移有关(P均<0.05)。结论 HGF在结肠癌的发生、发展过程中可能起重要作用。

Correlation of Serum Concentration of Hepatocyte Growth Factor and Colon Cancer

Objective To study the correlation of serum concentration of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) and colon cancer. Methods Serum HGF levels were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 50 patients with colon cancer(32 patients by means of surgical operation of colon cancer,10 patients by non-surgical operation and 8 recurrent patients by postoperative gastric cancers),15 patients with colon benign diseases and 12 health persons. Results Serum HGF level was higher in the colon cancer group than those in the colon benign diseases group and the normal controls(P<0.05);serum HGF level was higher in the recurrent colon cancer group than those in the colon benign diseases group and the normal controls(P<0.05);in the colon cancer group,preoperative serum HGF level was higher than postoperative serum HGF level(P<0.05);serum HGF level was related with differential degree and distant metastasis state(P<0.05). Conclusion HGF can play an important role in the generation and development of colon cancer.
