| 摘 要： | 目的 比较全国不同产地益母草饮片中盐酸水苏碱含量差异,为益母草的质量研究提供参考依据.方法 按照2010版《中国药典》规定,采用HPLC-ELSD法测定各样品中盐酸水苏碱的含量.结果 不同产地益母草饮片中盐酸水苏碱含量差异很大,在0.102％～2.142％之间.结论 为保证益母草饮片的质量和疗效,建议选择规范化人工栽培的益母草.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the content of stachydrine hydrochloride in herba leonuri from different areas and provide a reference for the quality research.Methods According to the Chinese Pharmacopeia of 2010 edition,the method of HPLC-ELSD to determine the content of stachydrine hydrochloride were adopted.Results The contents of stachydrine hydrochloride were obviously different in herba leonuri from different areas.The contents varied from 0.102% to 2.142%.Conclusion The results suggest that the herba lonuri planted in standardization artificial cultivation should be selected to ensure the quality and curative effect. |
