不同菱角壳提取物抑制肺癌A549细胞生长的研究

目的 研究不同菱壳水和乙醇提取物的抗癌活性.方法 采用Folin比色法测定不同品种菱壳提取物中多酚的含量,通过MTT法测定二角菱壳、四角菱壳的水提取物、醇提取物对肺癌A549细胞生长抑制作用.结果 四角菱壳多酚含量高于二角菱壳,醇提物多酚含量高于水提物；二角菱壳醇提取物对肺癌A549细胞的抑制率高于水提物,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；四角菱壳水提物对抑制率高于二角菱壳水提物肺癌A549细胞的生长,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 菱角壳提取物对肺癌A549细胞生长具有较强的抑制作用,且菱角壳的醇提取物优于水提取物,四菱角壳优于二角菱壳.

Study of different extracts from water caltrop shells on inhibiting lung cancer cell line A549

Objective To investigate the inhibiting effect of various water and alcohol extracts from different kinds of water caltrop shells on the proliferating activity of lung cancer cell line A549.Methods Polyphenol content of water and ethanol extracts from different kinds of water caltrop were determined with Folin assay,the inhibiting effects of water and alcohol extracts from the two angle and corners caltrop shells on lung cancer cell line A549 was determined with MTT assay.Results The polyphenol contents in corners caltrop shells was higher than that in two angle caltrop shell,and that in ethanol extract was higher than that in water extract;the ethanol extract from two angle caltrop shell was stronger to inhibit the A549 than water extract was(P<0.01),while the water extract from corners caltrop shell was stronger to inhibit the A549 than two angle caltrop was(P<0.01).Conclusion All the extracts fromcaltrop are very effective to inhibit lung cancer cell line A549,the effect of ethanol extract is superior to the water extract and the effect of those from Trapa natans L.Var.incisa Makino shell also higher than that from Trapa bicornis Var.bispinosa shell.
