Leep术联合胶原蛋白海绵治疗宫颈重度糜烂的临床疗效研究

目的 分析Leep术联合胶原蛋白海绵治疗宫颈重度糜烂的临床疗效.方法 选择在我院就诊的宫颈重度糜烂80例患者,随机将所有患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用Leep术联合胶原蛋白海绵进行治疗,对照组采用微波治疗,观察术后检查阴道流液情况、阴道出血和糜烂愈合等情况.结果 实验组手术时间和术中出血量明显少于对照组；实验组术后阴道排液时间、宫颈修复时间和脱痴时间明显优于对照组；实验组的治愈率为95％,对照组的治愈率为75％.结论 Leep术联合胶原蛋白海绵治疗宫颈重度糜烂效果理想,不良反应少,值得临床推广.

The clinical research on LEEP and collagen sponge in severe cervical erosion

Objective To analyze clinical effect on LEEP and collagen sponge in severe cervical erosion.Methods 80 patients of severe cervical erosion were chose in our hospital,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was used LEEP and collagen sponge;the control group was used microwave treatment.All patients were checked on the vaginal fluid flow,vaginal bleeding and erosion of healing.Results The experimental group is less than the control group in operation time and peri-operative bleeding.The experimental group is significantly better than the control group in vaginal fluid flow time,cervical repair time and scab off time.The cure rate of experimental group was 95% and the cure rate of control group was 75%.Conclusion The effect of LEEP and collagen sponge is ideal and untoward effect of LEEP and collagen sponge are relatively mild.
