中药透入结合针灸治疗特发性面神经麻痹的疗效观察

目的 比较中频电加温中药透入结合针炙综合治疗方法与单纯针灸治疗方法对特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效.方法 168例特发性面神经麻痹患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组90例采用中频电加温中药透入结合针灸综合的治疗方法,对照组78例采用单纯针灸的治疗方法.结果 实验组临床治愈81例,显效5例,好转2例,无效2例；对照组临床治愈33例,显效16例,好转19例,无效10例.两组总有效率之间的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),治愈率之间的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 中频电加温中药透入结合计灸综合治疗特发性面神经麻痹治疗效果优于单纯针灸治疗方法.

Traditional Chinese medicine penetrate the combined with acupuncture comprehensive treatment of idiopathic facial palsy curative effects

Objective To study the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine heated with intermediate frequency electric current combined with accupuncture compared with that of applying accupuncture alone in the treatment of idiopathic neuroparalysis of face.Methods 168 patients with idiopathic neuroparalysis in face were divided into experimental group and control group randomly.The patients in the experimental group(90 cases) were treated with accuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine heated with intermediate frequency electric current,the controls(78 cases) were treated with accupuncture only.Results In the experimental group,81 cases were cured,5 quite improved;2 improved;2 unimproved.In the controls,33 cases were cured;16 quite improved;19 improved;10 unimproved.There was a significant difference bewtween the experimental group and the controls considering the clinical treating effects(P<0.01).Given the cure and quite improved rate,there was a difference between the two groups,too(P<0.01).Conclusion The treating effects of traditional Chinese medicine heated with intermediate frequency electric current combined with accunpuncture is superior to that of applying accupuncture alone in treating idiopathic neuroparalysis of face.
