S-1同步低剂量三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期食管癌的临床观察

目的 观察替吉奥(S-1)同步低剂量三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期食管癌的近期疗效及毒副反应.方法 60例局部晚期食管癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组32例接受S-1同步低剂量三维适形放疗,而对照组28例仅接受单纯三维适形放疗.结果 试验组、对照组有效率分别为 84.4%、78.6%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 试验组、对照组放射性食管炎发生率分别为43.8%、64.3%,放射性肺炎发生率分别为15.6 %、39.3 %,比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 S-1同步低剂量三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期食管癌是一种安全有效的方法.

Clinical Study of S-1 plus Concurrent Low-dose Three Dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy in the Treatment of Locally Advanced Esophageal Cancer

Objective To observe efficacy and toxicities of S-1 plus concurrent three dimensional conformal radiation therapy in the treatment of locally advanced esophageal cancer.Methods The 60 patients were divided into the experimental group(32 patients) and the control group(28 patients),the 32 patients in the experiment group received S-1 plus concurrent low-dose three dimensional conformal radiation therapy,and the 28 patients in the control group received only routine three dimensional conformal radiation therapy.Results The response rate was 84.4% of the experimental group,and was 78.6% of the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of radiation esophagitis was 43.8% of the experimental group,was 64.3% of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of radiation pneumonitis was respectively 15.6% and 39.3%(P<0.05).Conclusion S-1 plus concurrent three dimensional conformal radiation therapy is a safe and effective method in the treatment of locally advanced esophageal cancer.
