| 摘 要： | 介绍高建东教授治疗慢性肾小球肾炎以及慢性肾衰的临床诊治经验。高教授认为,慢性肾小球肾炎风邪外袭证基本病机为肺卫气虚,腠理失固,营卫不和,治宜益气固表,调和营卫,凉血止血。临床治疗慢性肾衰重在培本固肾、调和脾胃,兼以清热利湿、活血化瘀。

| Abstract: | Producing the clinical experiences of Professor Gao Jiandong on treating the chronic glomerulonephritis and chronic renal failure.Professor holds that chronic glomerulonephritis of exogenous wind syndrome is based on the deficiency of lung defensive qi,loose the striae and interstitial space,disharmony between nutrient qi and defensive qi.The treatment concentrates on reinforcing qi to consolidate superficies,harmonizing nutrient qi and defensive qi,and removing heat from blood to stop bleeding.The treatment of chronic renal failure aims to reinforce Shen and regulate the spleen and stomach,moreover,adjuvant treatment is clearing away heat and dampness,activating blood circulation as well. |
