| 摘 要： | 黄芪(Radix Astragali)是豆科植物膜荚黄芪Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge或蒙古黄芪Astragalus membranaceus(Fiseh.)Bge.Var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao的干燥根,味甘,性温,归肺、脾经,具有补气升阳、固表止汗、敛疮生肌、利水消肿和托毒排脓等功效。据《本草纲目》记载,"黄芪,甘温纯阳,其用有五:补诸虚不足,一也;益元气,二也;壮脾胃,三也……"[1],对其功效进行了全面而精炼的概括。《中华人民共和国药典上亦指出其有"扶正固本,补中
