| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对接受三阶梯治疗的癌痛患者的影响。方法入组120例癌痛患者随机均分为对照组和试验组,比较2组近期癌痛治疗效果、毒副反应和生活质量。结果对照组NRS>4者26例(43.33%),出现药物毒副反应者52例(86.67%),获得PR+CR者19例(31.67%);试验组NRS>4者4例(6.67%),出现药物毒副反应者16例(26.67%),获得PR+CR者56例(93.33%),2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论辅以相应护理干预不但可减轻或控制癌痛,还能提高患者的生活质量,为进一步抗癌治疗提供机会和时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on cancer pain patients received three stepped care. Methods The 120 patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,and the recent cancer pain treatment efficacy,toxicities and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results In the control group,NRS > 4 was observed in the 26 cases(43.33%),toxicities in the 52 cases(86.67%),PR or CR in the 19 cases(31.67%);in the experimental group,NRS > 4 was observed in the 4 cases(6.67%),toxicities in the 16 cases(26.67%),PR or CR in the 56 cases(93.33%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Corresponding nursing intervention can reduce or control the cancer pain,and improve the quality of life of the cancer pain patients,and provide opportunities and time for further anticancer treatment. |
