分散注意力在控制剖宫产产妇术后疼痛中的应用

目的]探讨运用分散注意力控制剖宫产产妇术后疼痛的作用。方法]选择住院实施剖宫产产妇120例，按知情同意，自主选择的方法随机分为观察组、对照组各60例，观察组运用分散注意力辅助镇痛药物来减轻疼痛，对照组应用传统的止痛药物来止痛。结果]观察组产妇的镇痛效果明显优于对照组，观察组产妇的焦虑程度明显低于对照组。结论]运用分散注意力控制剖宫产产妇术后疼痛是一种理想的护理模式。

Application of distracting attention in controlling postoperative pain for gravida undergoing cesarean section

Objective: To probe into the effect of applying distracting attention of gravida undergoing cesarean section to control postoperative pain for them. Method: A total of 120 hospitalized gravida for cesarean section were selected and divided randomly into test and control group based on informed consent and voluntarily. Patients of test group were adopted distracting attention and assisted with analgesia to relieve the pain. While patients of control group were given traditional pain-killers to relieve pain. Result: In terms of analgesic effect, gravida of test group is better than that of control group. And anxiety degree of test group gravida was lower than that of control group. Conclusion: To apply distracting attention is an ideal nursing mode for controlling postoperative pain of gravida underwent cesarean section.
