头针加体针治疗脑卒中105例临床观察

目的观察头针加体针治疗脑卒中的临床疗效。方法选择脑卒中患者203例，随机分为头针加体针治疗组105例，体针对照组98例，对患者治疗后各种症状体征进行分级评分及综合疗效评定。结果头针加体针治疗组与对照组基本痊愈率和治疗后评分指数差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论头针加体针可明显改善缺血缺氧状态，提高患肢运动功能和日常生活能力。

Clinical observation on treatment of 105 cases of cerebral apoplexy with head acupuncture and body acu-puncture

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of treatment of cerebral apoplexy with head acupunc-ture and body acupuncture. Methods 203 cases with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into head acupuncture with body acupuncture group(105 cases) and body acupuncture control group(98 cases). Symptom and sign were gra-ded and comprehensive therapeutic effects were assessed. Results There were significant differences of the cure rates and the observed indices between the head acupuncture with body acupuncture group and body acupuncture control group. Conclusion The head acupuncture with body acupuncture can obviously improve the cerebral ischemia and anoxia, and increase limb motor function and ability of daily living in the patients of deep cerebral infarction.
