| 摘 要： | 近年来我国医疗保险制度改革取得重要进展，对维护社会稳定和促进国有企业改革发挥了重要作用。但是，目前医疗保险制度还存在一些问题，因此我们应狠抓扩面，积极推动灵活就业人员医疗保障制度建设，着力探索困难人群医疗保障的有效途径，切实加强基金管理，规范业务经办流程，完善信息网络服务功能。

| Abstract: | Great progress has been made in medical insurance system reform recently,which played an important part in maintaining society stabilization and promoting national enterprises reform.But there were still some problems in present medical insurance system.We should enlarge coverage,impulse system construction,experiment vulnerable group insurance,strengthen fund management,standardize operation process and perfect information net system. |
