医院感染现患率调查分析及管理对策

目的 了解医院感染的现状,对医院感染控制工作进行评价,为制定合理的监控措施提供依据.方法 采用横断面调查的方法,床旁调查和病历调查相结合,对2010年3月24日的住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查.结果 调查住院患者570例,医院感染现患率为4.56%,例次现患率为4.91%;医院感染病原菌中多重耐药菌占54.55%,医院感染部位以下呼吸道居首位;抗菌药物使用率为76.14%.结论 神经外科、神经内科、肿瘤外科为医院感染高发科室,应加强对有较严重基础疾病患者的监控,呼吸道医院感染及多重耐药菌医院感染预防控制是今后工作的重点.

Investigation and Management Measures about The Nosocomial Infection Prevalence Rate

Objective To estimate the current situation about nosocomial infectios(NI), evaluate the work of NI control, provide a reasonable basis for developing control measures.Methods By prevalence survey and bed-side and case records investigation, a point-prevalence survey of NI in all inpatients was made on March 24, 2010.Results Among the 570 inpatients investigated in the study, the prevalence rate was 4.56% and the prevalence rate of case-times was 4.91%. Multi-resistant pathogens accounted for 54.55% of NI, and the most common infection site was lower respiratory tract. The usage rate of antibiotics was 76.14%.Conclusions Neurosurgery, Neurology, Surrcal Oncology are with high NI rate. Should strengthen the monitoring of patients with serious illness, Respiratory tract NI and multiple drug-resistant NI control and prevention is the focus of future work.
