153例药品不良反应的特点分析

目的了解我院药品不良反应（ADR）发生的规律及特点，为-陆床安全用药提供依据。方法对2006～2007年医院上报的153例ADR报告进行统计和分析总结ADR的规律及特点。结果发生不良反应的药品以抗感染药物、抗肿瘤药、中药制剂为主；发生不良反应的给药途径以静脉滴注为主，累及器官／系统主要为皮肤及附件损害，其次是消化系统损害。结论加强药品不良反应监测，掌握其ADR的规律及特点，可避免或减少ADR的发生，对患者及医疗部门都有积极影响。

Analyse the orderliness and distinguishing feature of 153 cases on adverse drug reactions and to advance rational administration in the clinic

Objective To comprehend adverse drug reactions (ADR) occuring order-liness and the characteristics, in order to provide a basis for clinical drug safety. Methods from 2006 to 2007, the hospital reported 153 cases of ADR reports to be statistical analysis. Results The occurrence of adverse drug reactions to anti-infective drugs, anticancer drug and mainly of Traditional Chinese Medicine; occurrence of adverse drug reactions to intravenous route of administration mainly involved organ and systems and accessories for skin damage, followed by damage to the digestive system, conclusions Strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reactions, to avoid or reduce the incidence of ADR, in order to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.
