摘    要:目的 :探讨急性低氧暴露对人体红细胞免疫功能及其免疫调节因子的影响。方法 :受试对象为北京体育大学体育系男子足球专项运动员 8名 ,平均年龄 2 0 .6 3± 0 .74岁。让受试者晚上在低氧房暴露 (居住 ) 10小时。低氧房空气中氧含量为 15 .3% (相当于海拨 2 5 0 0m)。分别于低氧暴露前 1天、急性低氧暴露 10小时后晨起取安静空腹静脉血测试 ,采用花环方法测定红细胞免疫功能、红细胞免疫促进因子和抑制因子活性。结果显示 ,急性低氧暴露 10小进后 ,机体RBC-C3bRR、RBC -ICRR急剧升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,同时出现免疫促进因子活性降低、免疫抑制因子活性升高的趋势。提示急性低氧应激后 ,红细胞免疫功能表现为亢进与紊乱 ,红细胞免疫调节系统对红细胞免疫功能亢进的反馈性调节作用可能发生障碍或作用较弱 ,机体红细胞免疫系统处于紊乱状态

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of acute hypoxic exposure for 10 hours on red blood cell immune function and its regulatory factors. Methods Eight male soccer players (aged 20.63±0.74) of Beijing Sport University were the subjects in this experiment. They stayed in hypoxic house at oxygen content 15.3% (simulate altitude of 2500m) for 10 hours. Red blood cell immune function (RBC-C 3b RR and RBC-ICR), rosette forming enhancing rate (RFER) and rosette forming inhibitory rate (RFIR) were measured by Feng Guo's rosette test method. Results After acute hypoxic exposure for 10 hours, RBC-C 3b RR and RBC-ICR were significantly increased (P< 0.01), RFER showed a decreased tendency and RFIR elevated as compared with that before the experiment. Conclusion The acute hypoxic exposure for 10 hours caused the hyperfunction and dysfunction of red blood cell immune function. The function of blood cell immune regulatory system to the acute hypoxic stress was disturbed.
