丹参饮胶囊治疗消化性溃疡的临床研究

目的:探讨丹参饮(DSY)对消化性溃疡的临床疗效.方法:消化性溃疡患者105例,随机进入DSY组(60例)和雷尼替丁组(45例),分别服药4周后,观察溃疡的愈合情况,采用放射免疫法分别检测治疗前后患者血浆中EGF和胃黏膜中PGE2的含量,并随访一年后的复发率.结果:给药4周后,DSY的临床疗效与雷尼替丁相当(P＞0.05),但一年随访复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且DSY可明显提高患者血浆EGF和胃黏膜PGE2的含量(与对照组相比,分别P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论:DSY具有较好的促进溃疡愈合作用,增加血浆EGF和胃黏膜PGE2的含量、提高溃疡愈合质量是其抗溃疡复发的机理之一.

Clinical study of peptic ulcer treated by Danshenyin capsule

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Danshenyin on peptic ulcer.Methods:Random contrast experiment was adopted to observe 105 patients.Treatment group of Danshenyin was 60 cases of patients and control group of Ranitidine was 45 cases of patients.After treatment for 4 weeks,the ulcer healing was detected,serum epidermal growth factor(EGF)level,mucosal prostaglandin E2(PGE2)content were examined by radioimmunoassay.And some patients were followed by 12 months of treatment-free follow-up.Results:The effective rate in Danshenyin group were similar to those in the control group after 4 weeks(P>0.05),but the relapse rate at the end of the follow-up period was lower than that in control group significantly(P<0.05).Furthermore,compared with those in control group,the serum EGF level and the mucosal PGE2 content in Danshenyin group were increased obviously at the end of treatment(respectively,P<0.05?P<0.01).Conclusion:Danshenyin can accelerate ulcer healing effectively,its anti-ulcer recurrence mechanism may be related with increasing the level of EGF?PGE2 and improving the quality of ulcer healing.
